British Quality Wild Venison scheme formal consultation. The British Quality Wild Venison scheme is initiating a formal consultation review to ensure the Standard continues to reflect current best practice and sector expectations. This review introduces two major updates: a clear separation of producer and processor requirements to improve clarity and applicability across the supply chain, and a revised document format designed to enhance accessibility and ease of use for all members. The consultation draft of the new BQWV Standard can be downloaded here. Please send any feedback on the new Standard by 5pm on Wednesday 15th April to enquiries@growninbritain.org
