Give your customers the quality assurance they need. BQWV certification puts your facility at the heart of a verified, traceable supply chain.
Commercial and public sector buyers need more than a supplier’s word. Certified AGHEs are the trusted link between the field and the fork. BQWV Certification gives your buyers the independent assurance they need, and positions British wild venison as a trusted, go-to product.
BQWV certification covers the full supply chain – from the certified producer who culled the deer, through to your facility. It gives your customers a single, independently verified mark they can trust, and gives you a clear advantage in a competitive market.
Use the BQWV mark
Display the BQWV mark on your packaging, marketing materials, and documentation. It is a recognised signal that your wild venison is of high-quality, traceable, sustainably sourced, and independently assessed. Giving your customers the confidence to buy and to promote it.
Stand out when tendering
When pitching to commercial and public sector buyers, BQWV certification sets you apart from non-certified competitors. Independent verification of your standards is increasingly expected. Certification means you can demonstrate it, not just claim it.
A complete, certified supply chain
BQWV certification covers the full journey from producer to processor. Your certified supply chain begins with BQWV-certified producers, giving buyers end-to-end traceability and assurance that food safety and quality standards are maintained at every stage.
Independently verified
Your facility is assessed against the BQWV Standard by an independent assessor, covering segregation of incoming wild venison, processing line traceability, hygiene, and food safety.
Coming Soon – Listed in the directory
Once certified, your business can be listed in the BQWV certified members directory. Searchable by buyers and producers looking for accredited processors to work with.
